Processing & Turnaround Time

  • Orders begin processing after the final design proof has been approved.
  • Standard production time is 10-12 business days, depending on the product, order volume, and customization requirements.
  • If you need faster delivery, please reach out to us to discuss available expedited shipping options.

Shipping Methods

We offer multiple shipping methods based on your urgency and location:

  • Standard Shipping (10-14 Business Days) – Free shipping across the UK & Europe. Delivery timelines may vary and are not guaranteed.
  • Priority Shipping (8 Business Days) – Guaranteed dispatch within 8 business days after proof approval.
  • Express Shipping (6 Business Days) – Guaranteed dispatch within 6 business days after proof approval.

Orders approved after 11:00 AM GMT will have an additional business day added to the processing time.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email so you can monitor your shipment.

Shipping Delays

While we always strive to ship on time, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather disruptions, carrier issues, or customs clearance delays. In such cases, we will keep you informed, but we are not liable for any indirect costs or losses.

International Shipping & Customs

For shipments outside the UK, the recipient is responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees. Please check with your local customs office for regulations before placing an order.

Returns & Refunds

Since all orders are custom-made, we do not offer refunds or returns unless there is a verified issue with the order. Below are our policies regarding cancellations, replacements, and quality concerns.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before printing begins, but cancellation charges apply:
    • Before design processing: A £15 fee plus 5% of the total order amount.
    • After design processing: A minimum of 20% of the total order amount.
    • After printing begins: Orders cannot be cancelled, though a 50% deduction may apply in special cases.
    • After shipping: Orders cannot be cancelled.

Reprints & Quality Issues

If your order has a printing error caused by us, we will reprint the order at no cost. To request a reprint:

  • Report the issue within 3 business days of receiving your order.
  • Return at least 99% of the order in its original condition.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Design service fees
  • Expedited printing and shipping charges
  • Customer errors such as typos, incorrect colors, or low-resolution artwork

Color Accuracy

Due to differences in screens and printing processes, colors may not match exactly. We recommend ordering a hardcopy proof for precise color matching. Our guarantee ensures 90% color accuracy based on the approved proof.

Damaged & Lost Packages

Upon delivery, inspect your package carefully. If it is damaged or missing items:

  1. Report it to CustomBoxesLab.co.uk and the shipping carrier immediately.
  2. Submit a claim within 3 business days of delivery.

We are not responsible for third-party carrier issues but will assist in resolving any claims where possible.
